Lots of exciting things are happening at Navigate Health! 2023 is going to be a big year - for all of us.

Welcome to my first ever newsletter! Here's to many new things starting in 2023 - I can't wait to see what this year brings!

To kick things off, Navigate Health was featured in the Boston Globe Innovation column. This was a great opportunity to shine some light on the work I've done to get up and running, but also to highlight the important work that all advocates do. The article showed how messy the healthcare system can be, and how having an advocate on your side can really help.

One high point was when she asked if patients "have a chance" when going up against big insurance companies and healthcare companies. Let me tell you....I. lit. up. when she asked that question! What an opportunity to share examples of people succeeding at doing just that. When you have an advocate doing the work along with you, you are able to navigate the system in a way that many people aren't able to on their own. It was a great experience, and I am so excited to see where this exposure leads.

In addition to the article, I just launched the new and improved Navigate Health website, complete with new logos by The Collab, a local artist duo from Boston that I found on Insta. If you have any feedback - the process of tweaking is endless, so I am wide open.
